Fishball Sauce

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vinegar

3 tablespoons soy sauce

6 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 cup water

1 teaspoon hotsauce (optional, add this if you want the sauce to be hot )

Directions:

Mix ingredients in a saucepan.

Cook over low heat while stirring continuously until thick.
