Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cups uncooked white rice
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 pc broth cube
1 tsp salt
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes until softened. Add rice, water, broth cube and turmeric.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer until rice is tender.
